The ideal candidate will possess at 6-8 years of M&A and other relevant corporate, commercial and strategic transactions experience. Top law firm experience servicing emerging growth technology companies is required and in-house experience is a plus.
Duties include strategizing, leading and executing M&A, commercial and strategic transactions and working closely with the company’s executive, corporate development, legal and other cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong acumen in leading acquisitions and other corporate transactions, including advising on deal structure and issues, conducting and managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating deal documentation, coordinating deal closings, and managing post-closing requirements and integration.
Personality fit with our client and the legal department is paramount. This lawyer must possess superior communication and negotiation skills and will be a hard worker, responsive, proactive, team player, critical thinker, intellectually curious as well as a creative problem solver.
