Our client, a newly public, cutting-edge technology company, seeks to hire a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their top-notch and collegial legal team. This Paralegal will be responsible for a variety of corporate and governance matters including public company SEC filings and preparation for the annual shareholder meeting. This role has the option to be permanently remote or you may choose to work from one of the company’s offices (San Francisco, Phoenix, Dallas).
Requirements for this role include
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department;
- extensive experience working with public companies on their SEC filings;
- familiarity with Microsoft Excel; and
- an ability to work independently as a self-starter from a home office.
