Our client, a high end full service boutique firm located in downtown San Francisco, is seeking a paralegal with 10+ years of full-time paralegal experience to join their trusts and estates practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting attorneys with preparation of gift and estate tax returns, complex planning and gifting for high-net-worth families, and general administrative tasks related to post-death trust administration and trust funding. This position is a good fit for a paralegal with relevant experience who would like to join a burgeoning practice group in San Francisco. The firm has served high-net-worth families and closely held businesses for decades and the client base continues to grow.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Possesses a high level of skill using Microsoft Word for word processing and a moderate level of skill using Excel for organizing client information and asset values. Must have experience using document management systems and contact databases. Training will be provided for firm specific programs and systems.
Compensation is competitive, based on experience and annual billable commitment.
