Solutus Legal has been exclusively engaged to assist our client in hiring a Legal Operations & Compliance Specialist. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Operations Manager, this role will work on corporate and administrative functions including entity formation, corporate governance, preparation of filings for government agencies, documentation for annual meetings and insurance applications.

This is a remote role. Our client would like to hire someone in the Pacific or Mountain US time zones.

The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate governance, including consents and resolutions, legal entities, and how various entities are structured.  The work culture is supportive and collaborative. The current expected base salary for this position is $100,000.  Additionally, an annual target bonus of 15% is also available. Our client prefers to consider candidates in the Pacific or Mountain US time zones.
