Solutus Legal Search is pleased to partner with our client, a successful private real estate investment firm to assist the company in adding an outstanding Counsel/Senior Counsel with 2-5 years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house). This role will report to the General Counsel and will support the firm and its affiliated property management company in a wide range of real estate and securities matters, strategic projects, vendor and contractor transactions, regulatory compliance initiatives, and operational matters throughout their coast-to-coast portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include creating and deploying form documents, real estate and commercial contracting, and providing guidance to operating team members on landlord-tenant, litigation, and risk management matters.  The attorney in this role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and offers fantastic exposure to a broad range of responsibilities.
