Our client, a preeminent , consumer-facing, global technology is seeking to hire an attorney with a corporate securities and governance background for a six month assignment – starting March 2021. This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel and will work with executives throughout the organization. Responsibilities will include:

• SEC filings and compliance, corporate governance and board matters, working with communications and IR, tracking global entities, handling corporate transactions (financing, refinancing, M&A), stock admin, fielding day to day questions in the field.

Mid and Senior level attorneys with relevant in house experience will be considered. This position is remote and candidates from anywhere in the US will be considered. A competitive hourly rate is offered along with the opportunity to work with an incredible legal team.
