This attorney will be responsible for managing and building out the company’s privacy program including maintaining and updating consumer privacy agreements and data sharing agreements, expanding a CCPA program and advising on GLBA. This attorney will enjoy helping to create new, innovative, and compliant financial products that give consumers financial peace of mind.

The ideal attorney will have 8+ years of legal experience including deep privacy experience in a highly regulated industry. They must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the United States.
